Spring Naturals Unveils the 12 Dogs of Christmas
The line of premium dinners and treats for dogs
supports pets in need, pledges to match holiday donations
Mitchell, SD (December 10, 2012) – Spring Naturals is proud to unveil their latest program supporting animal welfare. This time they are teaming up with the Project Rescue Chicagoanimal rescue organization, which places abandoned pets in loving homes until their adoption, for the 12 Dogs of Christmas.
For every dollar donated to Project Rescue Chicago between December 13th and December 24th, Spring Naturals will pledge a dollar’s worth of their dinners and treats to the worthy cause. “It takes a community and continued efforts to meet the needs of homeless animals,” comments Spring Naturals’ Vice-President of Sales & Marketing, Rob Cadenhead. “That’s why Spring Naturals is making more than a single donation, we’re encouraging others to remember the less fortunate pets this holiday season too. Together we can make a greater impact.”
In honor of the 12 Dogs of Christmas, each day Spring Naturals will feature a different adoptable pet in Project Rescue Chicago’s care and encourage adoption and donations. Any contributions made through Spring Naturals’ 12 Dogs of Christmas Facebook tab will be matched by the brand (up to $2,500 in retail value of Spring Naturals dinners and treats). Mark your calendars to visit the Spring Naturals Facebook page December 13th through the 24th and make a difference this holiday season.
Spring Naturals aims to help Project Rescue Chicago supplement the costs of caring for their foster loved-ones by supplying Spring Naturals dinners and treats while raising additional funds. They also hope to find loving families for the animals still waiting for their forever homes. It’s a gift for both the animals and their advocates. “We are so grateful to Spring Naturals for partnering with the rescue on this amazing program,” comments Bridgid Nolan of Project Rescue Chicago. “Spring Naturals has been extremely supportive and continues to amaze us with their generosity as we work together to place our adoptable pups into their new, forever homes!”
Spring Naturals offers a complete line of dry and canned dinners for dogs, along with a selection of meaty, baked treats. Available in both Whole Grain and Graitdewn Free varieties, Spring Naturals products are available at finer neighborhood pet stores and can also be ordered online.

About Spring Naturals
Spring Naturals is a fresh, new family of nutritionally balanced dinners and treats for pets. Each carefully blended recipe is based on the company’s Whole Food philosophy that a healthy combination of whole meat, whole fruits and whole vegetables is a better way to nourish pets. And because Spring Naturals recipes contain more real meat, they can be formulated without high-glycemic ingredients like corn, wheat, soy, tapioca, potato starch or rice. Best yet, pet parents will have peace of mind knowing that each Spring Naturals recipe is made by a family-owned company in the USA. Spring Naturals dinners and treats are available in Whole Grain and Grain Free varieties, with Grain Free Feline and Organic Canine lines arriving soon.
This fresh approach to feeding pets hasn’t been ignored. Since launching the brand, Spring Naturals has been recognized by Pet Business in the 2011 Industry Recognition Awards. And most recently, the Spring Naturals canned dinners for dogs received a 2012 Editors’ Choice Award from Pet Product News International and were added to The Whole Dog Journal’s “Top Recommended” list.
