Meet Your Sweetheart at the Humane Society of Broward County
Fort Lauderdale, FL – You can find the guy or gal of your dreams at the Humane Society of Broward County of Broward County’s “Adopt a Sweetheart” event on February 8 -10. There will be variety of four-legged blonds, brunettes and redheads all looking for their perfect Valentine.
Adopt any pet three years of age or older and Cupid has arranged for their adoption fee to be half price. That means dogs would be $50, cats $12.50 and rabbits $10!
In addition on Saturday the 9th and Sunday the 10th there will be a bake sale with all types of delectable treats, a doggie kissing booth and special baskets for select featured pets who get adopted, but every adopter will receive a bag of Purina ONE pet food.
All pets are spayed or neutered before going home, receive preliminary vaccinations, 10-day health care plan courtesy of VCA Animal Hospitals, microchip, heartworm test for dogs over 7 months, feline leukemia test and more.
The HSBC is conveniently located at 2070 Griffin Road, just a block west of I-95. Adoption hours are Monday – Saturday 10:00 a.m. – 6:30 p.m. and Sunday 10:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. For more information visit www.humanebroward.com or call 954-989-3977.
